TriGeo SIM Named SC Magazine's 'Best Buy' in 2010 SIEM Group Test

TriGeo Network Security, the leading provider of security information and event management (SIEM): technology for midmarket enterprises, just announced that its TriGeo Security Information Manager (SIM) solution was named SC Magazine's 'Best Buy': in the 2010 SIEM group test.

TriGeo SIM received five out of five stars across six categories and was selected as the 'Best Buy' because of its 'Power and Simplicity.' SC Magazine's 'Best Buy' designation is reserved for the top product rated in the group test and recognizes outstanding performance and functionality across all categories.

TriGeo was tested along with nearly a dozen other SIEM solutions that participated in the group review. Evaluators based their decision on product features, ease of use, performance, documentation, support and value for money, with a particular emphasis on ease of product deployment, range of data sources supported, how well the SIEM allows users to drill down into the raw log data and how easy it is to read and populate the dashboard and analysis screens.
